Staff and location were very good, overall the hotel was colorful and clean. I liked the room with the extra double bed, my bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The whole place was fairly clean, I liked it, and had fantastic staff and location. Lots of food for breakfast including cereals and toast.

I loved my pet-friendly room and the staff was patient. I slept so comfy in the amazing bed. Pretty much what I expected: compact hotel, reasonably priced.

Polite staff, good restaurant, air conditioned room. Spectacular view, a large balcony, great bed, too. El Hermoso Mar, where you can eat lunch, is a short walk to the hotel.

Wi-Fi was very spotty.

The room was well-designed, food was great, and we had a relaxing time. Favourable location, relatively near a landmark bayside pier. Restaurant in hotel was excellant and the pool area was nice.

The hotel appeared to be descent and I loved location and staff. Functional building, perfectly clean and spacious bedroom. Positioned in the natural area. Again, the venue was a 10-15 minute walk from beach street. Beautiful garden and excellent pool.

Comfortable location, understanding staff, EXCELLENT views. Breakfast was inclusive, lots of decent food. I got free upgrade and enjoyed it. Complementary drinks at poolside bar, polite service. Clean and divine hotel in Westside Santa Cruz district. Not far from walk and the promenade.

I loved staff and location. Amazing view of beachfront. It was bright and had large bed. The property was set in a central area. No complaint, I spent an absolutely amazing time here.

Lovely stay. The hotel was good small, I loved its beautiful location and rooms. All in all everything was perfect, even so I had horrible bathroom. Relaxed by the pool, it was excellent, especially when the weather was glorious.

No complaints, I loved this hotel and will be back. Handy location, cozy rooms and VERY KIND personnel. Good beds and central heating, a writing desk and an electronic key card. Easy check in and late check out.

cool rooms, incredibly comfortable location. our room had a soft bed and an almost perfect view. the staff did all they can for a delightful stay.

The breakfast they served was poor, hope one day it will be far better.

Good base for a couple of nights in Santa Cruz. The downtown is within 10 minutes' walk. The beds were really comfy. Our stay was great value...

all in all, i spent my time greatly. so close to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. walking distance to el hermoso mar, where you can have lunch. extremely comfortable bed.
